2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return. These include, but are not limited to:
- Personalized or custom-made or Perishable products
- Items that pose a health or hygiene risk once opened (e.g., earrings, swimwear, intimate apparel, cosmetics)
- Gift cards
- Digital products or downloadable software
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Send an email to cs@pepedeals.com with the subject line “Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number]”.
- Provide Details: In your email, please include the reason for the return.
- Receive Instructions: Once we review your request, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to send your item back to us. Please do not send your item back without an RMA number.
4. Return Shipping
- Customer Responsibility: For returns due to a change of mind, incorrect size the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
- Seller Responsibility: If the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will cover the cost of return shipping. We will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to use.
5. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately within 72 hours of delivery at cs@pepedeals.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly by providing a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.
