We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we will gladly accept returns of new, unworn, or unused products within 30 days of delivery.

Please review this policy carefully before making a purchase. Once an order is placed, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Eligibility for a Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

• Timeframe: The return must be initiated within 30 days from the date the item was delivered to you.
• Condition: The item must be in its original, unused, and undamaged condition. It must be free of any signs of wear, use, or alteration.
• Original Packaging: The item must be returned with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
• Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase (such as your order number) is required to process your return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return. These include, but are not limited to:

• Personalized or custom-made or Perishable products 
• Items that pose a health or hygiene risk once opened (e.g., earrings, swimwear, intimate apparel, cosmetics)
• Gift cards
• Digital products or downloadable software

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Us: Send an email to cs@pepedeals.com with the subject line “Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number]”.
2. Provide Details: In your email, please include the reason for the return.
3. Receive Instructions: Once we review your request, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to send your item back to us. Please do not send your item back without an RMA number.

4. Return Shipping

• Customer Responsibility: For returns due to a change of mind, incorrect size the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
• Seller Responsibility: If the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will cover the cost of return shipping. We will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to use.

5. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Refund Method: If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 1 business days. Please allow additional time for the refund to be reflected on your bank or credit card statement, as processing times vary.
• Restocking Fees: We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 50% on returns that are not in their original condition or returned outside the specified timeframe. This will be deducted from your total refund.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a damaged or defective item for the same item, please contact us at cs@pepedeals.com for further instructions.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately within 72 hours of delivery at cs@pepedeals.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly by providing a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.
